Classwork

  • Do Sample Dreamweaver/Javaco site with Mr. Dino

  • After doing sample slicing, develop your own company home page in Dreamweaver
    • your site requirements as of today:
      • 5 working pages or more (all links work)
      • use of CSS styles (paragraph and Heading style) on every page
      • at least one paragraph of text on each page
      • a flash slideshow on the home page with at least 5 photos; must automatically run
  • Photoshop Tutorials
    • Learn how to slice in Photoshop-you must watch and learn from these videos; practice on your own company file in Photoshop & Imageready as you watch

Classwork
  • Friday: the 6 PMI winners meet at Convention Center at 11:15 next to the Blue Bear (need yellow slips first)
  • first grade issued this Friday: need to have preliminary portfolio design submitted

    • your portfolio needs to showcase your magnet work; can use either flash or html or both

  • work on projects/portfolios
  • be prepared to submit your best projects for the DPS digital design contest
